DocPort is a logistics SaaS platform developed for modern shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and logistics operations management. Built for a European logistics client, the platform combines a React.js web application with Flutter mobile applications to streamline shipment visibility, delivery workflows, and operational communication across logistics stakeholders. As part of the development team, I was responsible for building the mobile application experience used by drivers and operational users in the field.

The logistics workflow relied heavily on fragmented communication channels, manual shipment coordination, and disconnected tracking processes. Drivers, shippers, and logistics operators lacked a centralized mobile solution for real-time shipment handling and operational updates. The client required a scalable logistics SaaS platform with mobile-first operational workflows, QR-based shipment identification, and synchronized delivery tracking.

The platform was developed as a scalable logistics ecosystem combining a React.js web application with Flutter-powered mobile applications and centralized backend services. My contribution focused on developing the mobile logistics experience, enabling drivers and operational users to manage shipment workflows, perform QR-based shipment verification, update delivery statuses, and access real-time logistics operations directly from the mobile application.
