The HRMS is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System covering every stage of the employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding. Built for medium-to-large organizations that need structured, compliant HR operations with full auditability. Organizations were managing HR operations across disconnected tools — spreadsheets for attendance, paper files for contracts, manual calculations for payroll. This created compliance risks, payroll errors, and a complete lack of workforce visibility for leadership. HR managers spent the majority of their time on administrative tasks rather than people management.
We designed HRMS as a structured, module-based system with clearly separated domains: Personnel, Attendance, Payroll, Leave, and Performance. Each module feeds into a central data layer, enabling cross-module reports — e.g., leave impact on payroll, or attendance trends in performance reviews. The Flutter app serves both HR administrators and employees (self-service leave requests, payslip downloads). Laravel handles all business logic with a robust rules engine for payroll calculations.
