VSS (Vehicle Service System) is a full-scale operations management platform built from the ground up for car wash and auto service station businesses. It replaces every manual process in a service station — from employee check-in to inventory ordering — with a single, integrated digital system. The platform covers staff management, service workflows, inventory, financial reporting, and business intelligence dashboards.
Multi-branch service station operators were running their businesses on WhatsApp messages, paper attendance sheets, and manual inventory counts. There was no visibility into performance across locations, staff could not be tracked efficiently, and monthly reporting required days of manual data aggregation. Inventory shrinkage was undetected and revenue leakage was significant.
We built VSS as a comprehensive Laravel backend with Flutter mobile apps for both management and ground staff. The system uses a event-driven architecture where every service, attendance punch, and inventory movement creates an auditable record. Branch managers get a real-time dashboard while the central operations team gets consolidated reporting with automated PDF exports. The inventory module includes automatic reorder triggers and supplier tracking.
