RoleE-commerce architecture & full-stack development
Nari Flowers & Gifts is a Qatar-focused e-commerce platform for browsing flowers, gifts, and occasion-based collections. The project brings a bilingual Next.js storefront together with a Laravel API and Filament administration for catalog, storefront content, and order operations. The product is being developed with English and Arabic journeys and Qatar-specific checkout requirements in mind.
My contribution
What I’m building
I am developing Nari’s e-commerce experience with a Laravel operations platform and an AI-assisted Next.js storefront. My work focuses on the system architecture, localized product discovery, the customer journey, and manageable back-office workflows.
Structured the English and Arabic storefront experience around products, collections, and gifting occasions, with right-to-left design considerations.
Developed the headless Laravel API and Filament administration foundation for catalog, content, and order-related workflows.
Designed checkout and fulfillment flows for the Qatar market, with a payment-provider architecture prepared for SkipCash integration.
Delivery & collaboration
The platform is in development. Checkout and delivery workflows are being developed, and SkipCash payment integration is planned; live payment processing has not been verified.
01 — The Challenge
What needed solving
Customers shopping for flowers and gifts need an easy way to discover products for a particular occasion and move from selection to delivery details. Behind the storefront, the business needs a practical way to maintain products, content, pricing, and orders without managing separate systems. Arabic and English also need a consistent experience across the purchase journey.
02 — The Approach
The engineering approach
I am structuring the platform around a headless Laravel backend and a Next.js storefront, with Filament supporting administrative workflows. This separates customer-facing presentation from catalog and order management, supports localized content, and provides a clear integration path for payment and delivery requirements in Qatar.
